Every year starts the same...

January starts with a list of resolutions that get forgotten by February! You’ve tried all the hacks to keep motivated but it just feels like a load of extra work to get it done.

In fact, focusing on what you want to achieve/do this year can unwittingly bring your subconscious into a place of lack- feeling bad that you haven’t yet done the thing, or achieved the goal.

And adding things to the to-do list before you even get stuck into the year immediately adds a layer of stress and guilt.

I know, I’ve been there myself.

Setting goals and writing plans that I tell myself I’ll be dedicated to for the upcoming months - and then getting distracted by life, and feeling bad when I realise I haven’t been to the gym every day, I haven’t lost those 2 kilos, and I haven’t managed to set up that new side hustle by March!

Even worse is getting to December and just feeling a bit “meh”.

Not even being able to see all the amazing stuff that has happened across the year because our minds aren't trained to look for them (and we’re still feeling guilty for not getting to the gym every day!)

These practices will be described in an email to you. They are designed to be completed in less than 15 minutes per day, and once you’ve done them, you can repeat them whenever you like - you’ll be able to come back to your emails whenever you want to. 


Some practices will involve writing, some will be listening to a recorded meditation. I will send occasional templates you can download and print if you want to. 


My invitation will be for you to do the practice at the start of the day, and sometimes at the end of the day, as a way of building neural pathways to actively train the brain to start and end each day in gratitude.

I created Gentle January because I know what it’s like to start a year already carrying pressure, guilt, and a sense of “I need to do better this year.

power of a small, daily gratitude practice to change your brain, your energy, and your life in remarkable ways.

I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, and doing the practices with you, helping us all build a practice that feels grounding, joyful, and sustainable long after the 28 days end.
